By accessing or using Pixro.ai’s website, mobile, or API services (“Services”), you (“you” or “Customer”) agree to and are bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you’re entering on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Who Can Use the Services
You must be at least 16 years old (or older if required by your jurisdiction). Use of our Services by minors is prohibited, and accounts created by minors will be terminated without notice.
3. Accounts & Subscriptions
- Account Responsibility: You’re responsible for any activity under your account credentials.
- Subscriptions: Paid plans auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage subscriptions in your account settings via the web or app store.
- Refunds: Doblicable within 7 days from the date of payment for eligible plans. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process. API subscriptions may have separate refund terms.
4. Intellectual Property & User Content
- Your Content: You retain ownership of the images and data you upload (“Customer Content”). You grant Pixro.ai a worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, process, modify, and display this content as necessary to provide Services.
- Our IP: Pixro.ai retains ownership of all underlying technology, brand names, and materials. You may not reverse-engineer or replicate Pixro.ai’s proprietary systems.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to:
- Use Pixro.ai lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
- Not upload content you don’t own or that infringes third-party rights.
- Not reverse-engineer, overload, or misuse our Services.
- Not use Services to build competing products.
6. AI & Model Training
Where applicable, anonymized Customer Content may be used to train or improve Pixro.ai’s models, only if you opt in. You may withdraw this consent anytime.
7. Warranties & Disclaimers
- Services are provided “as‑is.”
- Pixro.ai does not guarantee output accuracy. You should validate all AI-generated results.
- We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Up to the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixro.ai’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months. In no case shall Pixro.ai be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Pixro.ai against third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of Services, or violation of third-party rights.
10. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time.
- Pixro.ai may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or misuse.
- Provisions regarding intellectual property, indemnity, disclaimers, and liability will survive termination.
11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved via binding individual arbitration, except for injunctive relief in a court.
- Class Action Waiver: You and Pixro.ai waive any rights to participate in class, collective, or representative actions.
